I have been around the VR scene and I have to say the customer service at YourSimSpot is very good. The owners try to respond to your questions and concerns very quickly even if its just a Give us a couple of days to research this for you. I have yet not gotten a response back.

The prices are some of the best to rent a VR spot, they have brought the high costs down quite a bit. So if your looking for a good place to host your virtual world I would take a close look at YourSimSpot
